The Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has been invited to attend KACS 2026 as Chief Guest. Participation is subject to protocol, written confirmation, availability and scheduling.
The KACS organising team has briefed the Hon'ble LG on the summit and its focus on creators, AI, entrepreneurship and youth opportunity in Jammu and Kashmir.
